All Booking requests are to be sent to the PGF Administration phone. All Requests are not final. 

You will receive a confirmation message with your accepted/allocated days and dates from the Bookings team when they are finalised. All booking requests are on a first in first served basis however this depends on staff availability and can not be confirmed immediately.
