Play Grow Flourish is an NDIS Disability support provider.
We service the Illawarra and Surrounding areas.
At Play Grow Flourish, we specialise in providing personalised support and care for individuals with disabilities. Our passionate and highly qualified staff are dedicated to helping each individual reach their full potential and flourish in their daily lives. With over 5 years Trading, we have developed a unique approach that focuses on the individual, their interests, and their needs. With the wide range of qualifications our team hold, we are equipped to provide the best possible care.
OUR SERVICES
We offer 1:1 Personalised Individual Support Services to clients of all ages in home, in the Community and at our centre.
We are able to offer supports such as Assistance with Self care, in home Organisation, morning & afternoon routines, Meal prep and cooking, Independent skill development as well as Social and Community access. Early Childhood Programs or individual Support, After School Groups, School holiday Programs and Assistance with Employment.
We Customise our services to suit the individual clients needs, while we are assisting them to meet their goals. We aspire to empower our clients and enrich their lives throughout our support.
OUR PROGRAMS
In addition to our personalised 1:1 services, we also offer a range of Group activities to unlock potential and nurture the growth of our clients. We run group programs for children and teens after school, on the weekend and during the school holidays. These are all delivered in a group environment but with a 1:1 ratio. Our Disability specific Centre includes a Sensory room, Ninja Warrior course, Arts and Craft Room along with Go Carts and Scooters. At our centre our highly skilled staff have access to sensory toys and equipment, communication aids, and mobility equipment. We are committed to providing high-quality services that enhance the lives of our clients.
