Play Grow Flourish is a Registered NDIS Disability support provider.
We service the Illawarra and Surrounding areas.
At Play Grow Flourish, we specialise in providing personalised support and care for individuals with disabilities. Our passionate and highly qualified staff are dedicated to helping each individual reach their full potential and flourish in their daily lives. With over 5 years Trading, we have developed a unique approach that focuses on the individual, their interests, and their needs. With the wide range of qualifications our team hold, we are equipped to provide the best possible care.
OUR SERVICES & PROGRAMS
We provide personalised 1:1 support services to NDIS participants of all ages, delivered in the home, within the community, or at our dedicated centre. Our supports are designed to align with each participant’s NDIS plan and individual goals, promoting independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
Our services include assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, in-home organisation, morning and evening routines, and meal preparation. We also support participants in developing essential life skills, increasing independence, and building capacity for everyday living.
We offer support for social and community participation, helping participants engage in meaningful activities, build connections, and access their local community with confidence.
In addition, we deliver a range of structured programs, including Early Childhood supports, After School Groups, School Holiday Programs, Supported Employment pathways, and Young Adult programs.
All supports are tailored to meet the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each participant. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that empower individuals, enhance independence, and enrich lives.
